It's a common belief that math is its own language. Together we will explore ways to accelerate students’ learning through instructional strategies targeted at deepening their understanding of mathematical terminology and support their verbal and written expression of mathematical language. Through these evidence-based practices, we hope to ensure that each and every student can make sense of the language of mathematics at both the receptive and expressive levels.
