• The California Teachers Association (CTA), Stanford Center for Opportunity Policy in Education (SCOPE) and the National Board Resource Center (NBRC) educator-led Instructional Leadership Corps (ILC) grows the ability of local educators to enrich instruction and assessment practices in their schools by creating professional learning experiences and resources for other educators.
• They offer a variety of resources, including the ILC Professional Learning Handbook, Teacher Tools for Practice, and member-led distance learning webinars.
