This article discusses how the shared beliefs, values, and experiences of any social or racial group can result in different worldviews and have a significant impact on how someone perceives and understands symptoms. The article discusses how to(1)promote a culture of equity and inclusion, and (2) provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
