Talking about Mental Illness

Consider teaching mental illness through the voice of lived experiences. Talking About Mental Illness is a six-part interactive classroom program exploring the experiences of young people who live with mental illness. By taking part in this program, students will gain insight into:what it is like living with a mental illness, how to help a friend they are worried about, helpful conversations, and how to boost their mood and keep mentally well.
