If I have a new email do I need to register for a new account?
If your email changes or you have an additional email that you would like your account to be associated with; DO NOT create a new account. Instead, you update your exiting account with your new email.
Do do this:
1. Log into the platform
2. Access your profile
3. From your profile page, click on the pencil icon in the toolbar on the right side of the page to manage your profile
4. From the About You modal, select Contact Tab
5. Select the mange account email button and follow the directions to add a new email to your account. You can also elect to make the new email your primary email (login in email) and remove the old one from your account.
