Description

Students begin to build knowledge about human rights through a close read of the introduction and selected articles of the Universal Declaration of Human-Rights.

The Following Units Are Included within this Module:

  • Unit 1:  Building Background Knowledge on Human Rights
  • Unit 2:  Case Study:  Esperanza's Story
  • Unit 3:  Culminating Project: Readers Theater: Esperanza Rising, From Novel Script
