Fair Treatment in the Workplace

Students will read the information about how fair treatment can be used to motivate employees, how they must be treated with the same reward system, and their right to file a complaint without fear of retaliation from their employer. Then, they will read a workplace scenario and offer examples of incentives that could make the employee in the scenario a more motivated worker.
