Brain Break- I See Sports

In this 3rd through 5th grade brain break video, students act out different movements, using their psychomotor skills, found in sports. The teacher will cue the students by calling out various actions done in sports such as dribbling a soccer ball that the student will the act out. This activity focuses mainly on psychomotor skills.
